KJ understands that quality control involves monitoring specific project results to determine if they comply with contract quality standards; identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory results, and documenting the new processes.

    KJ management is focused on optimizing the performance of our highly talented professionals on the Project Teams. Project Team members will be unencumbered as they are committed to providing unparalleled quality support services and work product deliverables to their customer.

    KJ’s internal quality control, inspection, and feedback initiatives facilitate internal and external monitoring and auditing in the areas of inspection of deliverables and customer satisfaction. The KJ PM will manage the task order project team quality control in terms of cost, schedule, and performance.

    The primary responsibility for technical soundness of the work product rests with KJ management, the PM, and the project team. The PM will ensure that qualified personnel are assigned the responsibility for developing and providing quality services and deliverables.

    KJ management and project team will manage the preparation of the deliverable from conception to final production and inspection.
